What Is In the Box

Each Star Trek Commander deck has a suggested price of $74.99, and a Collector's Edition version of each deck is $159.99. Wizards lists 32 new cards across the set's Commander decks, alongside reprints and tokens, and each deck's face commander is a foil borderless card.

Federation Fleet

Jean-Luc Picard, Luminary · Jeskai (W/U/R)

Whenever another historic permanent you control with mana value 3 or greater enters, Picard draws you a card. Whenever you draw your second card each turn, seek out puts a +1/+1 counter on up to one other target creature and two charge counters on up to one target Spacecraft.

Seek out: draws cards when you play historic permanents and puts charge counters on Spacecraft. Read the Federation Fleet precon guide.

Landing Party

Commander Spock · Bant (G/W/U)

Whenever Commander Spock enters or attacks, you reveal your top card. If its mana value is no more than the number of differently named lands you control, you may cast it for free, and a land can go onto the battlefield tapped. If the card is still on top afterwards, you draw it.

Strange new worlds: reveals the top card and casts it free based on your differently named lands. Read the Landing Party precon guide.

Klingon Fury

Worf, Defiant Commander · Mardu (W/B/R)

Worf creates a 2/1 red Klingon Warrior token with haste when he enters. Whenever you attack, battlefront exiles the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of opponents you attacked this turn, and you may play them until the end of your next turn.

Battlefront: exiles cards when you attack, one per opponent attacked, and lets you play them. Read the Klingon Fury precon guide.

We Are the Borg

The Borg Queen · Esper (W/U/B)

Artifact creatures you control get +2/+2. Whenever The Borg Queen enters or attacks, target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a creature card, and you assimilate it: it enters under your control with a +1/+1 counter as a Borg artifact creature.

Assimilate: steals a creature from the top of an opponent's library for every enter or attack. Read the We Are the Borg precon guide.

Other Cards Shown So Far

Wizards has previewed several cards from the set without saying which deck each one ships in, so we are not assigning them to a deck yet. Christine Chapel, Combat Medic is a green creature with strange new worlds: when it enters you gain life equal to the number of differently named lands you control, and whenever you gain life it gets two +1/+1 counters. Wizards says any green-based life-gain deck would love a copy.

Starship Enterprise is a colourless legendary Spacecraft. It puts four charge counters on itself whenever a land enters under your control, and becomes a flying artifact creature at 16 charge counters, drawing you cards equal to the combat damage it deals to a player. Locutus of Borg is a white-blue-black Borg artifact creature with lifelink that makes 1/1 Borg tokens when your artifact creatures deal combat damage to a player. Locutus of Borg was shown in Collector's Edition previews, so which deck it belongs to is still to be confirmed.

What Happens Next

Wizards is expected to reveal the full decklists before release. Each precon guide linked above already exists and will pull in its full 100-card list, with prices, as soon as the list is public, and we will extend each guide with key cards and an upgrade path at that point.
